Ukraine came out of an agreement on an economic commission with the CIS

The Government of Ukraine unilaterally terminated the agreement to establish an advisory economic working commission under the Council of Heads of State and the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS.

This happened today at the Cabinet session.

This document was signed on October 9, 1992 in Bishkek. The participants of the agreement were Ukraine, Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldavia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

The document was concluded with the aim of developing proposals for the development of socio-economic cooperation between the states, as well as for implementing multilateral decisions on specific spheres of management.
